What the data is used for
Information sent via the form or email (name, email, phone, message, preferred date) is used only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and agree a booking. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest. Data is not used for marketing without separate consent.
Where the data is stored
Form messages are forwarded as email via the Brevo service to the controller's mailbox (Google Workspace) and to the controller's Gmail address. The website does not store form data in a database. The hosting provider (Vercel) does not log message contents.
Retention period
Enquiries are kept for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact. Data on completed bookings is retained for the period required by accounting law.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no tracking cookies. The booking calendar is loaded from Google only when you open it yourself.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to object to processing. Send requests by email to the controller. You may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
